Ticket Information & Refund Policy
Tickets can be purchased in advance online by clicking here or at the show Box Office, located inside of the Metropolitan Pavilion lobby. The box office accepts cash and credit cards. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Industry Trade Badge Registration Information
Jewelry Industry Trade Professionals will have the opportunity to access the show sales floor before the buying public by participating in the show’s TRADE BADGE PROGRAM. Only registered TRADE BADGE holders will be permitted to bring merchandise into the show. TRADE BADGES will include a photo of the registrant and are non-transferable. Trade Badge and government issued photo ID must be shown each time you enter the show floor.

Prohibited Items on the Show Floor
- Merchandise (except for Trade Badge Holders)
- Hats (except religious head coverings)
- Pets/Animals (except service animals as recognized by ADA policy)
- Professional audio or video recording devices
- Outside food and beverages
Bag Policy
- No bags or backpacks larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- All bags are subject to search upon entry.
- A bag/coat check will be available onsite.
Video Surveillance
The Show is Under Video and Camera Surveillance.
Smoking Policy
The Metropolitan Pavilion has a zero tolerance no smoking policy including electronic cigarettes inside or within 50 feet of the venue’s entrance.
Photography/Videography
Cameras, cell phones and other non-professional photography equipment are allowed inside of the show. However, you must first request the exhibitor’s permission to photograph their merchandise. We ask that you respect the exhibitor’s directive on this matter.
We encourage you to share your pre-authorized photos to our official Facebook and Instagram pages and tagging them with the official hashtags: #NYCJAWS and #NYCJewelryShow
Lost and Found Policy
If you lose an item while you are at the show- you can visit the Box Office booth located in the entrance of the Metropolitan Pavilion to see if it has been turned in. If the item is not found during the show, please call at 561-822-5440 or email info@palmbeachshow.com
Child Policy
Children are welcome at the New York City Jewelry & Watch Show when accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 12 are not required to purchase tickets. Strollers are also permitted inside the show but are subject to search.
Concessions
There will be a café on the show floor with food and beverages available for purchase. No outside food or drinks are permitted on the show floor.
Parking
Spot Hero and Parking.com can be used to help find parking availability and make parking reservations when driving into the City to attend the show. Make sure to set the destination for the Metropolitan Pavilion at 125 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011
